A new name. Everything you trust stays the same.

NexPoint is the engineering thermoplastics business that was previously part of SABIC, now operating as an independent company. While our company name and identity are changing, the products, people, expertise and supply network you rely on will continue. Our priority throughout this transition is clear: ensuring continuity for your business and making every required change as simple as possible.

What stays the same

The things you depend on are unchanged: the same products, the same people and the same commitments you already build on.

Your products

Product formulations, quality standards, and performance specifications remain unchanged. The brands you rely on — CYCOLOY™, CYCOLAC™, LEXAN™, GELOY™, VALOX™, XENOY™, and XYLEX™ resins — will continue to represent the same high-quality products you currently use.

Your people and expertise

Your dedicated account manager and customer service representative remain your primary points of contact. Please reach out to them directly with any questions — they are fully briefed on this transition and ready to support you.

Your orders and commitments

Existing orders, delivery agreements and supply commitments remain valid and will be honored.

Your quality and certifications

Product certifications (e.g., UL, NSF, FDA, ISO, etc.), technical datasheets, and compliance documentation for the products documentation will be updated to reflect the new company identity over time. During the transition, existing SABIC documentation remains valid. Your account manager or technical representative can provide updated documents as they become available, and we will proactively communicate any material changes.

Your existing E-business portal portal access

Login credentials, order history and documentation remain valid as before.

Your production and supply

Maintaining uninterrupted supply is a top priority for our team. The transition has been carefully planned to avoid any disruption to lead times, order fulfilment, or delivery schedules.  Orders will be processed as usual, and your product delivery will continue without interruption, though you may see varying packaging during the transition.

What changes

A short list and none of it affects the material specified into your parts.

Company name on invoices

Our company name will transition to NexPoint as legal entities are updated in each country. Until then, you may continue to receive documents showing the SABIC company name.

Legal entity information

Legal entity names, company registration details, VAT and tax information will be communicated as they become effective.

Email domains

Our email addresses will transition first to an interim nexpoint.net domain before moving to our long term nexpoint.com domain. To support business continuity, emails sent to existing sabic.com addresses will continue to be forwarded

Product documentation and certificates

Technical data sheets, safety data sheets, certificates, declarations and other official documents will gradually be reissued under the NexPoint name. For the time being, these documents will be available via sabic.com.

Packaging and product labels

Packaging and labels will transition in phases. During this period, you may receive products in SABIC-branded, unbranded or NexPoint branded packaging. Product quality and specifications remain the same, and your account manager can answer any questions about your orders.

Sharper focus

As an independent engineering thermoplastics company, we will have greater flexibility to focus on innovation, technical capabilities, and customer partnerships.
