What VALOX does well
Strong chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, dilute acids and bases, detergents and most salt solutions. Reliable electrical insulation and dimensional stability across temperature. Glass-reinforced grades add stiffness and strength for structural parts. Non-halogenated FR grades reach UL94 V-0 with good elongation and impact. Low moisture uptake keeps parts predictable in service.
Applications
Electrical connectors, switches, relays and fuse components. Automotive sensor housings, under-the-hood parts and fluid systems. Appliance and industrial components exposed to heat and chemicals. High-precision injection-molded components used in advanced medical devices such as insulin pumps and delivery pens, auto injectors, inhalers and glucose monitors.
